All orders from this Site (not European products) are shipped within 5 business days
and we guarantee all of our merchandise.

Our product line-up from Germany will either ship from our stock room or will arrive
via consignment (once a month) from Europe and can take 4-6 weeks for delivery. We
have changed our deliveries from Europe in order to counter the rising fuel prices
and surcharges. This has allowed us not to increase our prices in 2 years.
